Market Position
Magenta Creations positions itself as a highly accountable, one-person CTO/tech-lead practice that can own architecture, infrastructure and interface rather than handing work across a large agency. Its own products differentiate through local/on-device processing, privacy, native Apple integration, open source and direct signed distribution; Cupertino and Bastion target MCP access-control and observability problems that are otherwise handled by separate editor-spawned servers or cloud OAuth integrations.

Leads the practice end to end. Malt identifies him as a CTO, full-stack, AI, mobile, web and cloud expert; his engagements include RGIS, SkiTrust, Richemont, LEGO, BNP Paribas, Essilor and Carrefour.
Founding Story
The practice grew from Louvignes's freelance CTO and tech-lead work, with an initial vision of taking digital products from architecture through production with one accountable pair of hands. More recently, his own stalled side projects and the need to keep client data under local control motivated a product factory of native apps and privacy-oriented agent tooling; he describes Cupertino and Bastion as solutions that first emerged from problems on his own machine.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Project-based freelance CTO, technical-lead, consulting and full-stack delivery engagements, combined with direct sales of native software licenses and one-time unlocks. Cupertino is sold directly rather than through an app store; the product site states that its source is public while signed/notarized builds are sold.
