Founding Story
Omnigent was born from internal needs at Databricks and Neon. Engineers were manually combining multiple AI agents into workflows but lacked a standardized layer for governance, security policies, and team collaboration. Matei Zaharia and the Databricks AI team built Omnigent to solve these gaps.
