His prior roles include CEO of NULL Enterprise (Singapore), CEO/founder of FlexWeb, AirDesk, Ruach and 109Salon, Chief Blockchain Officer/CTO at ArtistSum, BLCNT and GoldLabs, technical advisor at SnapX, and country manager/commissioner roles at MCI Korea and PT. Founding Story
Sanghoon Han says the project began on June 23, 2025 after he became frustrated by AI systems presenting convincing but false information. He first built a simple app to test cross-model verification, then expanded the idea into a product for office workers: vectorizing uploaded files for contextual search and analysis, integrating workplace applications, and automatically recommending context-optimized prompts. Han chose a U.S. company structure because operating a Singapore company owned by a Korean individual made payment-provider identity verification difficult. Parallax AI, LLC was established in Delaware and officially began operations on September 13, 2025.
