Board of Directors
Founding Story
Kosub's experience scaling an e-commerce business exposed how difficult it was to deliver consistently excellent customer service as operations grew. Conversations with customers and agents showed the founders that small improvements were highly valued, motivating them to start Parloa in Berlin in 2018 with the vision of making customer interactions more natural, scalable and relationship-building through software and AI.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Consumption-based enterprise pricing: per minute for voice and per interaction for chat, with custom deployment-specific commitments; outcome-based pricing is also supported where appropriate.
Pricing Tiers
Parloa does not force standard plans; rates and commitments are tailored to the deployment and can scale from the first use case.
