Market Position
Read AI positions itself as an independent, platform-agnostic productivity-AI layer rather than only a meeting notetaker: it combines meeting capture and analytics with email, messaging, CRM, files, enterprise search, cited answers, agents and a digital twin. It competes in meeting intelligence and AI-assistant categories with Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Avoma, Gong, Granola, Microsoft Copilot and platform-native meeting assistants, while differentiating through cross-platform coverage, connected organizational context, proactive workflows and botless capture options.
