Products & Services
A proprietary Claude Code plugin activated with a one-time license key. It reads a repository, checks it against a production-readiness checklist, sets up or guides hosting, CI/CD builds, signing, release channels, security, payments, analytics, crash reports, legal pages and landing pages, and presents every project in a local Mission Control dashboard.
A Slack bot Karia built that organizes GitHub pull-request links from a channel into a pinned review queue, supports completion by removing items and sends reminders without persistent storage.
An Amni-team volunteer-service-hour reporting demo/MVP with a mobile app, React Native client, Django backend and GCP.
A Berkeley 5G/AI class product demo providing real-time, Waze-like foot-traffic crowd-size and popularity information using React Native, Google Cloud Functions and Firebase.
Market Position
launchpad positions itself as a post-code production and launch layer for Claude Code rather than an AI app builder. Its cited comparison set is Lovable, Replit and Bolt; unlike those subscription-oriented app-building products, launchpad emphasizes a one-time license, the customer's own accounts and infrastructure, a broad production checklist, and a local dashboard for multiple projects.

Karia says he is a UC Berkeley EECS graduate and Regents' Scholar; his prior experience includes Android/software engineering at TikTok and Wish, software-engineering internships at Uber, co-founder/engineer/product owner at Amni, co-lead product manager and Android lead at Berkeley Mobile, and software engineering at Eyelevel.ai.
Executive Team
Sid Karia (Siddharth Karia)
Founder, maker and product engineer
UC Berkeley EECS graduate and former TikTok Android Software Engineer II, Wish full-stack/Android engineer, Uber software-engineering intern, Amni co-founder/engineer/product owner, Berkeley Mobile product and Android lead, and Eyelevel.ai software engineering intern.
Founding Story
Karia says he built launchpad because his own apps repeatedly got stuck at the launch stage. The initial vision was to turn the production work around AI-built apps into a repeatable checklist and let developers ship from their own computers and accounts, while asking for approval before spending money, changing DNS or uploading to app stores.
