Founding Story
Antoni Rosinol and Bernardo Aceituno started StackAI in 2022 while completing their PhDs at MIT to solve a critical problem: enterprises could not integrate their data with emerging large language models (LLMs). The idea began during their PhD studies and they joined Y Combinator after their PhD defenses in December 2022. They launched their first product in 14 days, onboarded their first 10 customers within weeks, and quickly grew to over 40,000 users.
