Market Position
Take Group positions its public Cotlet product as a hosted MCP server and REST API for apps that have no API or whose API is too limited for real work. It differentiates from Composio and Pipedream (public-API connections), Zapier MCP (its existing catalog), Apify/scrapers (public-page extraction) and self-hosted GitHub MCP servers by operating in the user's own signed-in cloud browser, hosting and maintaining integrations, and supporting read/write workflows. TakeLink competes in sponsored-content and link-building marketplaces.

Founding Story
Take Group says it was founded in 2019 by Jakub Sługocki and Bartłomiej Krawczyk around three pillars: IT, SEO and AI. The company began as a small startup, built its own CMS and automation rather than relying on external vendors, and later turned internal integrations built to solve its own lack of API/MCP access into the Cotlet product.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Take Group monetizes its own internet-portal and SEO ecosystem, including traffic/content assets and sponsored-article/link-building sales through TakeLink, and sells Cotlet access through one-time credit packs rather than subscriptions.
