Products & Services
Browser-based contract workspace for drafting, importing, organizing, searching, sharing, commenting on, and electronically signing agreements. AI can draft documents, answer questions about agreements, edit wording, transcribe/import PDFs, and identify parties.
Authenticated API at https://terms.so/api/connectors/v1 for searching and reading accessible contracts and, with draft permission, creating and editing personal unsent drafts. It also provides a public product endpoint and a link to create and sign a contract in Terms.
An email-based workflow that can process messages and supported attachments, provide contract summaries or excerpts, and carry out supported requests within the user's permissions.
Market Position
Terms positions itself as a minimal, browser-native alternative to traditional e-signature tools: its landing page explicitly frames the product as avoiding DocuSign, while combining Markdown-like drafting, AI assistance, clause-level collaboration, and signing. Its differentiator is integrating creation, review, negotiation, and execution in one lightweight workflow rather than focusing only on signature collection.
