vibivibi
vibivibi provides end-to-end encrypted backup, synchronization, restoration, and sharing for coding-agent sessions. Its vibi client encrypts sessions on the user's machine so the service stores ciphertext that it cannot read, allowing developers to resume work on another machine or share a session with a teammate.

Products & Services
Hosted zero-access storage and delivery service for encrypted coding-agent sessions, with machine enrollment, session version history, cross-machine restore, email sharing, team storage, and a web dashboard.
Open-source command-line client distributed as a standalone executable for macOS, Linux, and Windows. It enrolls machines, discovers local sessions, encrypts and pushes them, pulls and restores them, and sends sessions to teammates.
Market Position
vibivibi positions itself as a privacy-first alternative to ordinary cloud sync, manual transcript copying, and hosted agent-history tools: encryption happens before upload and the operator does not hold decryption keys. Its practical differentiator is agent-aware discovery and restoration across multiple coding-agent formats, plus encrypted teammate sharing. Adjacent alternatives include Git-based workflows, generic file-sync/backup products, and other coding-agent memory or session-sharing tools.
Leadership
Founders
Hongyin Luo
Hongyin Luo publicly introduced Vibivibi as something he built. His public professional profile identifies him as Co-Founder & CTO of Subconscious and an MIT EECS Ph.D.; the vibi-cli repository lists him as a contributor under the GitHub handle luohongyin.
Founding Story
Luo said he started Vibivibi after repeatedly wanting to continue a coding-agent session from a laptop on a server or hand it to a colleague, while not trusting a hosted service with sensitive coding traces. The initial vision was a small open-source CLI that encrypts sessions locally, stores only ciphertext, restores them where the agent expects them, and enables encrypted sharing by email.
Business Model
Revenue Model
Freemium subscription for encrypted session storage, transfer, machine capacity, version history, and team administration; paid plans are billed monthly or annually through subscriptions.
Pricing Tiers
200 MB encrypted sessions, 50 MB maximum session size, 2 machines, unlimited sends, last 3 versions per session, and 5 GB of downloads per month.
20 GB storage, 200 MB maximum session size, unlimited machines and sends, full version history, and 50 GB of downloads per month.
100 GB per member pooled across the team, 200 MB maximum session size, unlimited machines and sends, full version history, member administration, admin revocation, activity log, and 200 GB of downloads per member per month.
