Products & Services
Self-hosted, Apache-2.0 open-source operating layer for building, running and governing company AI agents. It combines agent skills and context, MCP server discovery, scheduled/triggered automations, budgets, audit trails, channels and an API on a company's own Postgres, Redis and Docker infrastructure.
A 4–8 week entry package covering workshops, operational diagnosis, readiness analysis, KPIs, prioritization and an architecture blueprint.
A monthly engineering engagement covering agentic architecture, workflow design, engineering, testing and deployment inside the client's environment.
A 3+ month end-to-end program combining strategy and engineering, with embedded manager, tech lead and engineers, production delivery and handover.
Market Position
Vstorm positions itself as an engineering-led agentic-AI implementation partner rather than a general software agency, strategy-only consultancy or RPA integrator. Its differentiation is taking complex workflows into production through TriStorm, combining advisory and build work, emphasizing client ownership, and contributing open-source tooling; AgenticOS adds a self-hosted alternative to hosted agent platforms and framework-only libraries.

Founding Story
Vstorm says it was created in 2017, before the current agentic-AI label, after recognizing that natural-language processing, data engineering and machine learning could transform how mid-market businesses operate. Its initial vision was to specialize in production AI that companies own, rather than demos or shelfware; the company later evolved that focus into agentic AI and the TriStorm approach.
Business Model
Revenue Model
B2B consulting and engineering engagements: fixed-duration transformation advisory, monthly agentic engineering and multi-month end-to-end transformation programs. Vstorm also sells specialist implementation services around RAG, agents, LLM software, LLMOps, chatbots and Pydantic AI. AgenticOS is open-source and self-hosted rather than presented as a metered SaaS product.
