Products & Services
A spare, permanent email inbox for everyday signups, newsletters and free trials. Messages auto-delete after the plan's retention window, and personal inboxes can use end-to-end encryption.
A REST API and SDK-based service for creating, listing, reading, sending from and deleting real inboxes in test suites. It supports per-test isolation and one-line OTP retrieval without a mock mail server or manual polling loop.
Agent-facing inbox tools delivered through an MCP server, Vercel AI SDK tools, LangChain tooling and a raw Agent API. Agents can create inboxes, wait for OTPs, follow magic-link workflows, read messages and send mail.
Bring-your-own-domain inboxes with DNS verification and SPF/DKIM-authenticated delivery; addresses remain permanent while messages auto-clean according to the plan.
Market Position
MailFlat positions itself between disposable-email services and enterprise email-testing platforms: unlike burner addresses, its inbox addresses persist; unlike sandbox-oriented services such as Mailtrap or QA-focused Mailosaur, it emphasizes real deliverable mail, personal encrypted inboxes, API/SDK access and AI-agent workflows. The site also contrasts it with Gmail aliases, emphasizing automation support and privacy.

Founding Story
MailFlat was started around the idea that an agent or test run needs a real email account it can return to, rather than a disposable address that disappears. The initial vision combines permanent addresses with short-lived message retention, encryption for personal inboxes, and code- and agent-friendly access for OTPs, verification links and automated workflows.
