Preview: Claude Code is now available inside the native desktop app

Claude Code just got a visual upgrade. you can now run it directly inside the Claude desktop app instead of living in terminal tabs all day. same powerful agent, friendlier wrapper. link if you want to check it out.

First impressions after playing with it for a bit. Looks slick and clean, for those who prefer native apps. Parallel sessions with worktrees support so you can session swap without conflicts. also you can kick off cloud sessions from desktop now which is nice if you want Claude crunching on something without eating your local resources.

if you already love terminal life this might not change much for you. but if you find yourself juggling multiple Claude code tasks and losing track of which tab is doing what, the visual session management makes that way easier to follow. curious if anyone else has tried it yet, what's your setup looking like these days?
