About AnyAPI
AnyAPI, built by AnyAPI Labs, Inc., is a unified marketplace for scraping and data APIs. One key and one prepaid USD wallet reach 409 endpoints across social, search and SEO, maps, and enrichment data, with each request priced individually and returned in a normalized schema.
What It Is
AnyAPI is a gateway that sits in front of third-party data providers. Instead of subscribing to a separate scraper or data vendor for each job, a developer or agent calls one endpoint per job, and AnyAPI routes the request to a ranked provider. Every response returns the same shape: output, provider, costUsd, and items.
How Routing and Failover Work
Each endpoint is served by one or more providers, and AnyAPI asks the cheapest first. If a provider fails, the request is sent to the next provider for the same data. The homepage publishes measured figures for this: over 86 days ending 2026-09-10, AnyAPI says the first provider returned 92.2% of calls on its own, while AnyAPI returned 99.6%, at 4.1% extra cost. The site states that providers are tested against real inputs before listing and removed from rotation when they start failing.
Ways to Connect
- A REST API: a POST to /v1/run/{sku}, with each SKU's input schema retrievable from /v1/apis/{sku}.
- A remote MCP server whose tools include list_apis, search_apis, get_api, quote_api, run_api, get_request, read_result and get_balance.
- An agent skill that lets coding agents onboard themselves and mint a trial key with a spend cap.
- A CLI installed with npx anyapi-cli, plus TypeScript and Python SDKs and an n8n community node.
Billing Model
Usage is billed per request in US dollars against a wallet, with no subscription. API keys can carry a spend limit that resets daily, weekly, monthly, or never. Each response reports its charge as costUsd, and the catalog publishes per-1k-request prices.
Who Makes It
The About page says AnyAPI is built by Kevin Wang, founder of AnyAPI Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation founded June 1, 2026.
