ChatLLM Teams

ChatLLM Teams is Abacus.AI's multi-modal AI assistant designed for professionals and small teams. It consolidates access to over 100 state-of-the-art language, image, and video models — including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, and Abacus's own Smaug — into a single subscription. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and as a Chrome browser extension.

What It Is

ChatLLM Teams is a unified AI workspace that replaces the need for multiple separate AI subscriptions. Users can chat with top LLMs, generate images and videos, analyze documents, execute code, conduct deep research, and automate tasks — all from one interface. It is positioned by Abacus.AI as an alternative to standalone tools like ChatGPT, offering broader model access and additional agentic capabilities bundled together.

Bundled Agent Capabilities

Beyond chat, ChatLLM Teams includes two bonus products as part of the subscription:

• Abacus AI Agent: A general-purpose agent that can generate and host apps, create presentations, automate tasks with triggers, and perform research and data analysis.
• Abacus AI Desktop: A desktop assistant with a coding agent and CLI, CoWork for complex laptop tasks, a desktop listener, and a Chrome extension for agentic browsing.
• Abacus Claw / OpenClaw: A service included with the subscription that can be deployed in seconds for agentic workflows.

Additional capabilities include: chat with documents, code and text editing, artifacts playground, custom chatbot creation, code execution and data analysis, AI engineer with GitHub PR submission, intelligent task automation, text-to-speech, and humanize text.

Data Control and Enterprise Orientation

Abacus.AI states that user data is not used to train its own or third-party LLMs. Admin settings allow control over chat history and conversation deletion. The platform integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams and supports custom chatbot and AI agent creation for organizational use. The About page notes that Abacus.AI is used by thousands of companies, including dozens of Fortune 500 firms, according to the company's own claims.

Abacus.AI was founded by Bindu Reddy (CEO, formerly GM for AI Verticals at AWS and Head of Product for Google Apps) and Arvind Sundararajan (CTO, formerly at Uber's autonomous vehicles division and Google). The company is headquartered in San Francisco and is backed by investors including Index Ventures, Coatue, Khosla Ventures, Tiger Global, Eric Schmidt, and Ram Shriram, according to the About page.
