The platform uses a multi-agent pipeline — orchestrating 30+ specialized LLM calls and hundreds of web searches per run — to scan a company's product catalog and map every applicable regulation by market.

The core product, Cleo Comply, starts with a regulatory scan: enter a domain URL and within minutes the system identifies every product category sold, then maps applicable regulations across all target markets. The platform covers 25,000+ regulations drawn from 3,700+ monitored sources and 19,000+ indexed regulatory authorities.

Technical Architecture

Cleo's pipeline decomposes regulatory intelligence into five sequential stages: profile and map, discover, score, enrich, and assess. The system processes searches across jurisdictions and languages using a streaming architecture for faster results. The platform achieves an F1 score of 0.81 on its full pipeline evaluation.

All data is hosted on EU-based servers (Scaleway, Paris region) with AES-256 encryption. The platform is GDPR Article 28 compliant and does not use customer data for model training. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications are in progress.
