About CopilotKit Soar
CopilotKit Soar is an app from CopilotKit (Tawkit, Inc.) that gives teams AI coworkers running on the company's own servers. It is powered by OpenBot, which the vendor describes as an open-source engine under the MIT license, and it requires CopilotKit Intelligence for chat history, memory and learned skills. The vendor says it has launched and is in use, with early access and demo booking available.
What It Is
Soar is an enterprise AI coworker platform. Each coworker works inside the apps a company already uses, can reply with buttons, forms and tables, and can hold standing jobs that run on a schedule. Employees reach coworkers through the Soar app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, text messages and phone notifications. Files, logins and model keys stay on the customer's servers, while prompts go to the model providers the customer chooses, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini.
How Coworkers Work and Learn
If an administrator enables it, each coworker gets its own computer with a real browser, its own files and logins, and asks a person to take over when a site requires a sign-in code. A person can show a coworker a task once, and Soar turns it into a skill that the coworker can run on its own after a person approves it. Coworkers can share conversations and hand work to each other within administrator-set limits, and every handoff is checked and recorded.
Controls and Administration
Administrators write rules that block actions which break them, and risky steps can wait for human approval. Every allowed or refused decision is recorded, and actions can stream to a SIEM. The vendor notes the shipped default policy allows every action until rules are written. Administrators manage coworkers, approved models, connected apps and the action record, with SSO and SCIM provisioning. Branding of name, logo and colors is customizable.
Integrations and Openness
Soar reaches a few hundred apps through Composio, connects Google Drive, Notion and Parallel directly, and accepts any MCP server once approved. Any agent that speaks AG-UI can join as a coworker, including those built with LangChain, Google ADK, Mastra, CrewAI and others. Sign-in works with Google, Microsoft, Okta, or any SAML or OIDC provider. The vendor's case study describes one executive running a go-to-market team of 20 AI agents on Soar.
