Expo Agent is an agentic app creation tool built by Expo, the company behind the widely-used React Native framework and Expo Application Services (EAS). It enables users to build production-ready mobile apps and websites by describing what they want in natural language prompts. The tool generates code using React Native and the Expo framework, targeting iOS, Android, and web platforms from a single codebase.

Expo Agent is currently in private beta, with access available through a waitlist. It is part of Expo's broader AI strategy to democratize app creation and make it possible for both developers and non-developers to go from idea to shipped app faster than ever before.
