About MeetGeek
MeetGeek is an AI meeting intelligence platform that records, transcribes, summarizes and analyzes online, hybrid and in-person meetings, then pushes the results into the tools where work happens. It offers bot-based and bot-free capture through a meeting notetaker, desktop app, mobile app and browser extension, and exposes a REST API and MCP server. The vendor describes a Wave in-person recording device as coming soon.
What It Is
MeetGeek is a meeting notetaker and automation platform. A notetaker bot can join Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams from a calendar, while the desktop app, browser extension and mobile app record without a bot, including in-person meetings and phone calls. Existing audio or video files can also be uploaded for transcription. Outputs include transcripts with speaker identification, summaries based on 30+ templates, highlights and action items, with automatic language detection across 100+ languages.
Agents, Skills and AI Chat
Meeting Skills are event-driven agents that act after a call, for example updating CRM fields, drafting follow-ups, creating Jira or Linear tickets, or sending Slack alerts when churn signals appear. Voice Agents run as copilots in a call or as autonomous agents for scenarios such as recruiting, sales or support. AI Chat lets users ask questions across a single meeting or many meetings and trigger actions through connected apps.
Integrations and Developer Access
Native integrations cover CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Attio), project tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, monday.com), messaging (Slack, WhatsApp) and Google Drive. Zapier, Make and n8n extend this to 10,000+ apps. The vendor says the REST and webhook API exposes transcripts, summaries, highlights and KPIs, and the MCP server connects meeting data to Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients.
Security and Governance
MeetGeek states it holds SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA (with BAA), GDPR and CCPA compliance, offers EU or US data storage, and never uses customer data to train AI models. Enterprise features include SSO, SCIM, retention policies, audit logs, PII redaction and on-premise storage options.
