About Offloop
Offloop is a collaborative AI workspace built by Intelligence Software, Inc. that lets small teams coordinate recurring business work with AI agents. Launched in July 2026 and currently in private beta, it targets teams that need more than a chat assistant — specifically those managing follow-ups, research, feedback, launches, content, customer updates, and operational next steps. The product is accessible via a macOS desktop app and a web login.
What It Is
Offloop is a multi-agent workplace platform designed to replace the coordination overhead that small teams face with recurring work. Rather than a single AI assistant answering prompts, Offloop provides persistent "Channels" — structured workspaces where goals, context, evidence, ownership, approvals, and next steps are retained so that paused work can resume when new information arrives. Teams assign AI agents goals, files, tasks, approvals, and signals; agents then create artifacts, follow up, and hand work off within boundaries the team sets.
How the Channel Workflow Works
The core unit in Offloop is the Channel, which functions as a persistent thread for a specific recurring workflow rather than a one-off conversation. Within a Channel:
- Team members and agents collaborate alongside each other, with agents added to channels as participants
- Agents can be given access to external tools and connectors (e.g., monitoring a Gmail inbox) via explicit human grant steps
- Flows are created for multi-step tasks, with iteration counts and step-by-step progress visible to the team
- Approvals are built into the workflow so humans stay in control of key decisions before agents proceed
The homepage demonstrates this with an influencer outreach example: an Influencer Manager agent creates a Flow, adds specialist sub-agents, and iterates through a list of creators — researching, verifying contacts, drafting outreach, requesting approval, and logging to CRM — all within a single Channel.
Integrations and Connectors
Offloop connects to a range of developer and business tools. The homepage shows brand marks for Notion, Sentry, GitHub, GitLab, Supabase, Vercel, Codex, Cursor, Railway, and ChatGPT as part of its connector ecosystem. The Team Pilot and Enterprise tiers include dedicated connector setup and custom connectors respectively, suggesting the integration surface expands with plan level.
Benchmark Claims
The Offloop website publishes vendor-produced benchmark comparisons positioning the platform against frontier multi-agent systems. According to these vendor-published figures, Offloop claims scores of 84.9 on GDPval, 44 on GDP.pdf, and 67.2 on JobBench, at costs per task of $1.65, $2.86, and $4.60 respectively — compared to higher costs for GPT-based (Codex) and Claude-based (Claude Code) alternatives at similar or lower scores. These figures are self-reported by Offloop and have not been independently verified.
Update: Introducing Offloop (July 2026)
The product launched publicly in July 2026 with a blog post titled "Introducing Offloop," authored by Jin, Fred, and Yum. The platform is currently in private beta with invite-only access. The Operator tier is free during the beta period and includes a Channel workspace, macOS desktop app, files and schedules, and visible tool progress. The Team Pilot and Enterprise tiers require direct contact with the team for custom pricing and onboarding.
