EasyRetro is an online tool for running sprint retrospectives and other collaborative team exercises. Teams create boards from templates, add and vote on cards, and export the results, including action items, to other tools. What It Is

EasyRetro is a web-based retrospective board for remote and distributed agile teams. A session typically covers what worked well, what did not, and which actions to take. Users sign in with email or Google, and the homepage notes that feedback can be given without signing up.

How a Retro Works

Boards can be private or public and start from more than 100 predefined templates. They are fully customizable: you set a board name and context, and create, rename and recolor unlimited columns. Participants add cards, comment on them, and vote, with a configurable maximum number of votes per person. Cards can be sorted by order, creation date or votes, filtered by text, dragged between columns, and merged. Surveys can be run directly on boards. Teams can be created with unlimited invited members, and a dashboard lists and filters past retros.

Exports and Integrations

Boards can be exported to the clipboard, a Confluence page, or PDF, CSV, PNG, Excel and DOCX files. Action items can be exported as Jira issues, and cards and action items can go into a Trello board. A Slack integration posts a notification to a team channel when a board is created.
