hermes-CCC brings the Hermes Agent framework by NousResearch into Claude Code's native skill system, running entirely inside Claude Code without a separate process, OAuth, or external gateway. It ports the core Hermes brain architecture, skill system, memory management, and platform integrations into 46 skills across 10 categories. The project is MIT-licensed, open source, and installable via a single shell script on Unix/WSL or a PowerShell script on Windows.

• Core Brain Skills — Use /hermes-route, /hermes-memory, /hermes-persona, and others to manage task routing, memory sync, context compression, and cross-session user modeling via the Honcho dialectic profile system.
• Software Development Skills — Invoke /systematic-debugging, /test-driven-development, /github-code-review, and /github-pr-workflow to automate the full development lifecycle including PR reviews and issue triage.
• MLOps / AI Skills — Run /vllm, /llama-cpp, /stable-diffusion, /grpo-rl-training, and vector DB skills like /chroma, /qdrant, /faiss, and /pinecone for local and cloud AI workloads.
• Research Skills — Use /arxiv, /research-paper-writing, /duckduckgo-search, and /blogwatcher to automate academic and web research workflows.
• Productivity Skills — Automate Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar), Linear project management, and Jupyter notebook execution.
• Infrastructure Skills — Manage Docker containers, integrate MCP servers natively, and convert any CLI tool into an MCP server with /mcporter.
• Security / OSINT Skills — Run /sherlock for username OSINT across 400+ networks, /oss-forensics for supply chain risk analysis, and /one-password for secret management.
• Blockchain Skills — Query Base (Ethereum L2) and Solana on-chain data directly from Claude Code.
• No External Dependencies — Everything runs inside Claude Code using its native auth, native tools, and existing MCP plugins for Discord/Telegram — no separate gateway process required.
• Easy Installation — Clone the repo and run ./install.sh on Unix/WSL or .\install.ps1 on Windows, then restart Claude Code to activate all 46 skills.
