Lexaclaw is a local web app and AI compliance agent built for startups, running on the Openclaw ecosystem. It scans your local documents, extracts corporate paperwork, and organizes every compliance obligation into a visual task board with deadlines, amounts, and conversation threads. The agent — named Lex — proactively fills government forms, drafts legal documents, and reminds founders of upcoming deadlines, all while keeping data stored locally on your machine.
