Lovie Formation is a company formation service positioned as the "Company Formation MCP" — a Model Context Protocol server that lets founders form a US LLC or C-Corp directly from inside an AI coding environment such as Claude Code, Cursor, Manus, Windsurf, or Replit. It is built and operated by Lovie, an agent-native banking startup. Instead of navigating government portals or coordinating with attorneys for weeks, the user describes their business in conversation, Lovie prepares the formation paperwork, and after the user reviews and approves, Lovie submits it to the state and handles the surrounding compliance work.

The service is offered as a single $20/mo subscription that bundles formation, state filing fees, registered agent, digital mail scanning, EIN registration with the IRS, and ongoing compliance — replacing what the site claims would normally cost $500+ for the filing alone and $800+ once registered agent and EIN are added. State filing approval times still depend on the state itself (Delaware typically 1-3 business days, Wyoming often same-day) and Lovie is explicit that it is a technology platform, not a law firm. Filings use state-verified legal templates, and the user reviews and approves every document before submission.

The product is also designed for non-US founders — Delaware and Wyoming LLCs can be formed remotely with no US address or in-person visit required. When a founder is ready to raise investment, Lovie supports converting an LLC to a C-Corp at no extra cost, and that conversion flow is included in the same subscription.
