About Loyal
Loyal is a privacy-first decentralized intelligence network that runs agents inside hardware-attested confidential compute and settles usage on-chain. The client verifies a TEE RPC (MagicBlock Private Ephemeral Rollups) before sending any request; once attested, the user links a Solana wallet and receives a PDA that anchors chat sessions and automates settlement. Service agents advertise capabilities in a registry/marketplace and execute inside enclaves (Intel TDX/AMD SEV-SNP on CPU and NVIDIA H100/H200 confidential GPU paths). Reproducible builds and signed releases enable binary-to-source verification, while short-lived session context is distilled to encrypted knowledge and raw data is purged. Code and SDKs are published publicly so developers can audit, fork, and deploy agents in a verifiable, private runtime.
In October 2025, Loyal’s community raise on MetaDAO reportedly drew $75,898,233 in commitments—about 15,180% of its $500k minimum—via an uncapped USDC mechanism with a covenant to form a DAO LLC and participant agreement to DAO operating terms. The scale of the raise highlights strong market interest in privacy-preserving, attested AI infrastructure and provides runway for open-source development, audits, and operator incentives.
