Signals by Samepage is a Product Management AI agent that automatically monitors, synthesizes, and surfaces the most important information from across your tools and the web — so product leaders never miss what matters. Built by the team behind AdStage (Sahil Jain, Jason Wu, and Paul Wicker), Samepage launched Signals publicly in June 2026 alongside a $4.85 million seed round from Craft Ventures, Freestyle VC, Glasswing Ventures, and angels including Justin Kan and Matt Mullenweg.

What It Is

Signals is a context-aware AI agent purpose-built for Product Managers. It connects to your existing workplace tools — Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, Pendo, Zendesk, and more — and continuously scans data to automatically generate "signals": synthesized summaries, insights, and alerts that keep you on top of what's happening across your organization. Rather than requiring PMs to manually pull information from multiple dashboards and threads, Signals pushes the right information to you at the right time.

How Signals Works

The core workflow centers on automated signal generation:

• Daily scanning: Samepage scans connected data sources daily, learns your role and context, and automatically publishes signals relevant to you.
• Copilot chat: A context-aware AI assistant lets you ask questions, draft documents, summarize user interviews, or find any information in seconds.
• Artifact generation: Signals can produce feature tickets, Slack posts, PRDs, and release notes directly from your connected data.
• Automated triage: Signals can spot bug tickets in QA, track resolutions, flag overdue responses, surface new feature ideas, and more.
• Shared Streams: On team plans, signals and context can be shared across the product team, not just individual users.

Integrations and Platform

Samepage connects natively to the critical systems product teams rely on, including Slack, Notion, Asana, Jira, Pendo, Zendesk, Mixpanel, and Google Drive. The platform is web-based and also offers MCP (Model Context Protocol) access on paid plans, enabling integration with AI development workflows. All connections are designed to be secure and private, with GDPR and CCPA compliance built in.

Target Audience

Signals is built specifically for Product Managers and product leaders — individuals and teams who are responsible for keeping organizations aligned. The founding team's own experience scaling a B2B company (AdStage) and then joining a larger organization where "no one was on the same page" directly informed the product's focus on eliminating information asymmetry. The platform is positioned for individual PMs who want a personal second brain, as well as product teams that need shared context.

Update: Signals Launch and $4.85MM Funding (June 2026)

Samepage officially launched Signals on Product Hunt in June 2026, simultaneously announcing $4.85 million in funding. The launch marked the transition from early access to a publicly available product with three tiers: Free, Pro, and Teams. Recent product activity visible in the homepage demo includes a Zendesk integration, Mixpanel observability dashboards, onboarding improvements, signal UX redesigns, and security upgrades — indicating active, rapid development cadence.
