Sweep AI is an AI copilot built for JetBrains IDEs that provides fast, context-aware autocomplete and an agent capable of making multi-file changes, running tests, and catching errors inside your IDE. It uses a custom Tab model to suggest precise code changes in milliseconds and offers a privacy mode so your code is not used for training. Sweep ships as a JetBrains plugin and includes API credits on paid plans for extended usage.

• Test running and error detection — Sweep can run tests and surface failures and potential errors as part of its agent workflows to help catch issues earlier in development.
• Privacy Mode — Turn on Privacy Mode to ensure your code is not used to train Sweep’s models, keeping repository data private.
• API credits and billing — Paid plans include monthly API credits for programmatic usage and additional consumption is billed as overages.

To get started, install the Sweep plugin in your JetBrains IDE, sign in to your Sweep account, and enable the copilot and agent features in the plugin settings. Use the Tab key to accept suggestions and configure Privacy Mode if you do not want your code used for model training.
