Valet

Valet is a shared workspace for everything your team builds with AI agents. Built by Blaide, Inc., it lets you publish AI-generated artifacts—dashboards, research briefs, postmortems, brand guides, and more—to a secure, organization-controlled URL in seconds. It works with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client, requiring no account to get started.

What It Is

Valet sits between AI agent output and your team's workflow. When an agent finishes building something worth sharing—a pipeline review, an incident postmortem, a launch readiness checklist—you tell it to publish to Valet and get back a live URL. That URL is private by default, visible only to your organization, and can be configured to require sign-in through your identity provider (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML/OIDC provider), a password, or made fully public. The platform positions itself as the answer to AI work that otherwise ends up scattered across agent threads, public chat links, or stuck on localhost.

How Publishing Works

Valet integrates at the agent level rather than requiring a separate deployment step:

• With a terminal (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor): the agent installs the Valet CLI skill and runs valet deploy to publish a folder as a live artifact.
• Without a terminal (claude.ai, ChatGPT): connect Valet's MCP server at https://api.valet.dev/mcp and the publish_site tool appears in the conversation.
• Anonymous start: the first publish requires no account and produces a public URL valid for 36 hours. Claiming the artifact with an account makes it permanent and moves it to your org's namespace (<artifact>.<org>.valet.run).

Artifact Lifecycle and Collaboration

Once published, artifacts are more than static snapshots. Each artifact carries a conversation thread where teammates can leave comments and @mention colleagues directly on the page. Agents can be configured to refresh artifacts on a schedule—rebuilding a pipeline review every morning from a CRM export, for example. Artifacts can also be connected to live MCP integrations (Stripe, Snowflake, Linear, and others) so the page reads fresh data every time someone opens it. A team design system can be written once so every artifact follows the same fonts, colors, and layout rules automatically.

Access Control and Security

Access control is a first-class feature. New artifacts default to organization-private. Teams can configure Valet to integrate with their company identity provider so access ends automatically when someone leaves. Options include:

• Team access via IdP (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, SAML/OIDC)
• Password protection for selective sharing
• Public links for artifacts meant for anyone

Who Built It

Valet is made by Blaide, Inc. The team includes Michael Ducker, who led product for Chime Core Banking and engineering productivity tools, and Jamu Kakar, a former Staff Engineer at Stripe working on payment infrastructure who also ran application platforms at Heroku and built the money movement platform at Chime. The founders bring infrastructure and developer-tooling backgrounds to a product aimed at teams using AI agents in daily work.

Current Status

Valet is live and publicly accessible with a free-to-try, no-signup-required entry point. The site describes artifacts as free to create, with agent runtime and identity provider integration carrying usage-based and monthly costs respectively. The platform supports Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, and any MCP client, and the documentation covers CLI, MCP server, dashboard, and agent automation paths.
