• Skills — Reusable procedures the agent runs consistently, such as brand guidelines, calculation methods, or custom processes
• Memory — A shared workspace that every task reads from and writes back to, so context persists across sessions
• Live Search — Just-in-time facts pulled from the web, connected docs, and live APIs at query time

Integration Depth and Workflow Automation

Adapt connects to 20+ business tools via OAuth or API key, with no engineering required for most integrations. Supported systems include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Stripe, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Zendesk, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Shopify, and QuickBooks. Beyond read access, Adapt supports full CRUD operations — creating deals in HubSpot from Slack, querying data warehouses in natural language, syncing records across systems, and routing email attachments to the right destination automatically. Scheduled tasks (standups, weekly reports, quarterly rollups) run in the background without supervision.

Build Without a Developer

A distinct capability is Adapt's ability to generate full-stack internal apps from a natural language description. The platform can produce lead scoring dashboards, pricing calculators, onboarding checklists, and commission dashboards, then deploy them to persistent URLs shareable with the team. Apps run with secrets injected at runtime and live previews before deployment, requiring no technical knowledge from the requester.

Security and Compliance

Adapt is SOC 2 Type II certified across Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. Every task runs in an isolated sandbox; data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The company states that customer data is never used to train AI models and is never shared. Granular role-based access controls and audit logging are available for enterprise deployments.

Pricing Model

Adapt uses usage-based pricing where one credit equals $0.01 of usage, with no per-seat fees. New accounts receive free credits to start, with a bonus available when connecting Slack.
